Welcome to Ballytrim Pantry! Ballytrim is a very special place; it's where I grew up, the place I call home and a source of natural inspiration. 

Nestled between the rolling hills of County Down and the shores of Strangford Lough, close to the historic village of Killyleagh, the Cunninghams have farmed at Ballytrim for generations.  

We have always sought to eat what we could grow, meaning that I grew up with an innate understanding of the seasonality of natural produce.  It is this respect for the natural rhythm of life that underpins my philosophy for Ballytrim Pantry – creating and cooking in perfect sync with the seasons.

HOW TO ORDER.

Our menu changes weekly and at Ballytrim we harvest our vegetables as we need them so that we can offer our customers the very freshest produce. Orders must be placed no later than midnight on Monday evening for collection from the Pantry on Thursday or delivery to your home on Friday.

The minimum order for delivery is £18 plus a £7 delivery fee. Delivery is offered within a 10 mile radius of the Pantry.

There is no minimum order required if dishes are being collected on Thursday.

Meet Mollie

After studying Consumer Management & Food Innovation at Ulster University I was very fortunate to secure a position at the renowned Daylesford Organic Farm in the Cotswolds, established by organic pioneer Lady Carole Bamford. Here I trained under two exceptional chefs to become a Cookery School Tutor and learned how to create delicious and nutritious meals using seasonal ingredients. 

My experience at Daylesford gave me the idea and the confidence to come home and establish Ballytrim Pantry. I am excited to bring some of my Cotswold cooking to County Down.
